As the division continues to uplift its delivery capability, these roles will supplement internal capacity and provide specialist delivery expertise across a diverse and fast-moving ICT portfolio.Roles will be distributed across branches including Digital and Service Delivery, Business Solutions, Cyber Security, Cloud and Networks, and Infrastructure and Operational Support.
You will work closely with project sponsors, product owners, operational leads, subject matter experts and delivery teams - planning, prioritising and driving delivery from inception through to business-as-usual operations, while managing risks, issues and dependencies along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prioritise and progress business-as-usual and program delivery activities in line with prioritiesManage operational dependencies, risks, issues and service impacts with technical teams,



business areas and vendorsSupport governance, reporting and decision-making with clear visibility of status, milestones and risksFacilitate operational planning, demand management and resource coordinationSupport transition of project outcomes into business-as-usual, including handover and sustainmentBuild stakeholder relationships to support communication, escalation and delivery of outcomesExperience & Skills3-5+ years' experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterpriseExperience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologiesProven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependenciesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levelsDemonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching capability in fast-paced delivery environmentsProject Management and/or Scrum Master qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, MSP, CSM) highly regardedSecurity RequirementsApplicants must hold an active Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance (or higher) to be considered.
