Mitcham Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) on a permanent part-time basis to lead a 6-bed Early parenting centre for 6 weeks to 12-month-old infants.
You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate daily clinical operations and support families with a multidisciplinary team.The NUM will maintain accreditation and quality standards, drive improvement, and work closely with families, clinicians and community services to ensure secure, compassionate care.
