We are currently seeking a driven and hands-on Branch Performance Supervisor to lead one of our locations and drive outstanding results through strong frontline leadership, operational excellence, and a high-performing team culture.
About the Role
As Branch Performance Supervisor, you will take full ownership of branch performance across sales, customer experience, fleet presentation, operations, and team leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, support day-to-day operations, coach your team to perform at a high level, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium SIXT experience.
You will play a key role in driving branch performance by balancing operational discipline with strong commercial awareness and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales performance and revenue growth through strong leadership, coaching, and customer engagementBuild and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, ownership,



and resultsCreate a strong sales culture by coaching team members to maximise every customer interactionDeliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpointsMonitor and drive key branch KPIs across sales, utilisation, customer satisfaction, and operational performanceEnsure vehicles and branch facilities are maintained to premium presentation standards at all timesOversee day-to-day branch operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and complianceManage customer concerns professionally and effectively to support long-term customer loyalty and retentionSupport rostering, workflow management, and operational planning to maximise branch performancePartner closely with your Area Performance Manager to deliver results across the 5 P's - People, Product, Processes, Premises, and Profit

Proven experience in retail, hospitality, automotive,



or service-based leadership rolesA strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvementA track record of achieving and exceeding sales or operational targetsStrong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilityA passion for delivering high-quality customer experiencesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsHigh levels of accountability, initiative, and attention to detailConfidence working with KPIs, reports, and performance metricsThe ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced operational environmentFlexibility to work weekends and peak trading periodsA current and valid Australian driver's licence
Vehicle rental industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
