Midwife Educator - Queensland Maternity EducationJoin Queensland Maternity Education as a Midwife Educator, leading the design and delivery of creative maternity education and simulation programs that build workforce capability and enhance outcomes for women, babies and families across Queensland.About the roleThe Midwife Educator is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of maternity education programs across Metro North Health and contributes to statewide simulation and education initiatives.
Operating at an advanced practice level, the role provides expert midwifery leadership and educational support to promote evidence-based practice, workforce capability and high-quality care for women and babies.The successful candidate will develop and maintain contemporary learning resources, facilitate education and professional development programs, support simulation-based learning activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
