We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join a growing trade and construction business delivering commercial and residential projects across Melbourne, with some regional travel as required.This is a hands-on role and a key part is leading a small electrical team, overseeing quality and compliance, supporting projects and helping grow the electrical division.About the RoleYou will be responsible for supervising the electrical team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Supervise and coordinate Electricians and Apprentices.Oversee electrical installations, service and repairs.Coordinate electrical works across commercial and residential projects.Conduct site inspections,



testing and quality checks.Ensure compliance with AS/NZS **** and Victorian electrical regulations.Provide technical support and fault-finding.Manage Certificates of Electrical Safety and compliance requirements.Coordinate materials, subcontractors and other trades.Conduct toolbox talks and maintain a strong safety culture.Assist with quoting, reporting and project coordination.The role may also provide the chance to act as the Technical Nominee for the business's Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) registration with Energy Safe Victoria.About YouA Grade Electrical Licence – essentialElectrical trade qualificationCurrent driver's licenceGood knowledge of Victorian electrical regulationsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage competing prioritiesWhat's On OfferFully maintained company vehicleAbove-award rates + overtimeSupportive team environmentOpportunity to help grow the electrical divisionCareer development and progression
