Learning and career progression opportunitiesFree fitness classes, wellness program & regular social eventsAbout the roleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated lawyer with a strong background in employment and industrial law, and a genuine passion for workplace relations and culture.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Associate with 3+ years' PQE who has ideally gained experience in private practice advising on employment and industrial relations matters.Experience working with local, state and federal government clients, as well as broader public and private sector organisations, will be highly regarded.In this role, you will work alongside leading Employment Lawyers who advise on a broad range of employment, workplace relations, discrimination and work health and safety matters.
You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping organisations, workplaces and people thrive.While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely.

ideally having worked in private practice and having worked solidly in employment and industrial lawThe ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow in line with business and client requirementsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA passion for workplace law and excellent client service skillsGood technical skills and sound knowledge in employment and industrial lawSelf motivation and interest in delivering client solutionsExcellent time management and the ability to work to meet deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively within a teamRecognised as a **** Employer of Choice, Bartier Perry is a firm where our culture shapes everything we do.
