You will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.In this role, you will:Lead, coach and develop a high-performing pharmacy teamOversee all aspects of the dispensary and front-of-shop operationsDrive sales, KPIs and financial performance of the pharmacyManage rostering,
wages and stock to meet budget targetsEnsure compliance with all professional and legislative requirementsDeliver exceptional customer service and promote clinical servicesPartner with the Group Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Owner to implement business strategies and growth initiativesThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will influence the customer experience, coach and mentor employees, and ensure the commercial success of the pharmacy.This is a permanent, full-time position.About YouYou are an experienced pharmacist who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or an established Pharmacy Manager looking for a new challenge.You will:Hold a current AHPRA registration as a PharmacistHave completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)Have 2 years of demonstrated leadership and people management experienceBe commercially aware and motivated to achieve business outcomesBe confident managing both dispensary and retail operationsHave a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and clinical services in a community pharmacy environmentThrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by exampleBring a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetEmbody our Dedicated to Care values and are committed to building a positive and high-performing team cultureThe Rewarding Benefits of the PositionLead your own pharmacy with the support of an experienced, inclusive and diverse network pharmacists and Group Pharmacy ManagersCompetitive hourly rates,
