Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentKnowledge of the aged care sector, standardsSound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.Developing,monitoringand implementing nurse care plans + assessing,planningand evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered toin accordance withaged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout YouThe successful candidate must meet the following criteria:Current Nursing Registration with AHPRAExperience within Aged Care Sector asa Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse LeaderInfection Prevention and Control Qualification (desirable)Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACCPersonal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff,
