As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead Project Managers, manage client relationships, and be the driving force behind program success from start to finish.Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:Owning delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from award through to closeoutDirecting Project Managers while retaining accountability for program-level outcomesDelivering projects on time,



on budget and to WHS and quality standardsLeading procurement buyout, supplier negotiation and delivery budgetsOverseeing the yard, vehicle fleet, plant and equipmentActing as the senior client contact throughout the delivery phaseAbout YouYou're a proven construction leader who thrives on ownership.
To hit the ground running, you'll bring:A tertiary or trade qualification in landscape construction, civil engineering, construction management, horticulture or a related disciplineAt least eight years' experience in landscape construction, or a combination of landscape and civil construction, including at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects or teamsDemonstrated financial management of delivery budgets, forecasting and procurementStrong working knowledge of the NSW Work Health and Safety Act and Regulation and relevant environmental obligationsA General Construction Induction (White Card) and current NSW driver licenceWhat's in it for You?
