with at least 2 years in an MSP or similar client-facing environmentProven experience managing client relationships in a TAM, senior engineer, or service delivery roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and IntuneWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD), including security and identity fundamentalsSolid understanding of business IT environments, including networking, endpoints, and cloud servicesStrong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to own and drive issues to resolutionExcellent communication skills, both technical and non-technicalAbility to manage multiple clients and priorities independentlyBonusExperience with cyber security platforms (e.g. Sophos, Microsoft Defender, MDR services)Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutionsFamiliarity with firewalls, VPNs, and business internet (NBN) environmentsExperience with service management platforms (e.g. ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo)Microsoft certificationsFamiliarity with ITIL principles
