Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a finance team, you will support the CFO and business leaders to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support informed strategic decision‐making.WHO YOU ARETo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent postgraduate qualification) with a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years' experience across accounting and finance functions, including senior leadership responsibilitiesStrong technical accounting knowledge, including AASB, IFRS, taxation, and statutory reporting requirementsProven experience managing audits, governance frameworks, and financial control environmentsDemonstrated experience overseeing banking,



cashflow management, and financial risk activitiesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvementExperience leading and developing high‐performing finance teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the businessStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and process improvement capabilitiesExperience within construction, property development, hospitality, or project‐based environments highly regardedWHAT YOU'LL DOManaging the group month‐end and year‐end close processes, delivering timely consolidated reporting packs, and statutory financial statements.Oversee statutory compliance, taxation obligations, audit processes, and regulatory reporting requirementsManage accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, revenue recognition, and cost accounting functionsMaintain and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, accounting policies, and procedures across the GroupOversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records and reportingProvide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision‐making and business performanceLeading, mentoring,



and developing the central finance team, building a high‐performance culture focused on execution and accountability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes, controls, and operational efficienciesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the GroupWork closely with business unit finance leads to ensure consistency in financial practices, reporting standards, and governanceBuild and maintain solid relationships with auditors, banking institutions, advisers, and internal stakeholdersContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and high performance while representing DCOH in accordance with the Code of ConductWhy Join DCOH?
