Products and services typically include resources that support curriculum goals, spanning early childhood to the final years of schooling.Why Work With UsWork for a NFP that makes a true impact for students, teachers, parents and carersReceived Xref Engage Best Workplace and Change Champion Awards in ****Flexible working policy – 60% WFH and 35 hour weekOffice in a convenient location in the heart of Melbourne's CBDLearn more about life at ESA here:Careers at ESA | Help shape the future of educationThe roleWe are seekinga Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products, platforms and services that support educators and learners across Australia.You'll manage projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.This is a 12 month fixed term full time contract, with possibility for extension.With a focus to:Manage projects at various stages of development, leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, design, build, and maintain digital products and platformsEnsure the timely production and completion of project deliverables and/or services,
focusing on achieving quality outcomes for designated projectsDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and associated reporting to achieve targets.Identify risks affecting project delivery and deploy contingencies to complete the projectApply quality assurance processes to ensure overall project integrityBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDrive collaboration, continuous improvement and effective communication across projectsFacilitate workshops, presentations and stakeholder consultationsPrepare proposals, briefings and supporting project documentation.About youYou have experience delivering digital/technical projects end to end using Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approachesYou have experience with online learning systems or web/digital platforms, familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Umbraco, Drupal and Moodle)You can meet strict deadlines for reporting, development, and delivery, and effectively manage project budgetsYou excel in building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to manage multiple relationships at onceYou have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear written project documentation, reports, and presentationsExperience managing education-focused projects is highly desirableFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., DTA Digital Service Standard, WCAG and information privacy is highly desirable.What ESA offerAtESA we want everyone to succeed, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, sexuality, physical ability or age.
