We are partnering with a leading organisation to identify an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of an expanding retail portfolio.About the Role:Based in Melbourne CBD, this role will oversee construction, design, and development activities across a portfolio of sites.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects that align with business objectives and customer experience standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of recent developments, refurbishments, and capital works projectsOversee project outcomes including quality, cost, timelines, risk, and complianceDevelop and implement construction strategies aligned with business prioritiesManage relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholdersDrive commercial outcomes through effective tendering, negotiation,



and vendor managementSupport safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all projectsProvide reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipLead and develop team capability while ensuring operational excellenceAbout You:Extensive experience managing end to end retail construction, design, development, or facilities projectsStrong understanding of Australian construction practices, regulations, and safety standardsProven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and multiple stakeholdersExperience leading teams and working collaboratively across business functionsStrong commercial capability with a strategic and hands-on approachExposure to large-scale or multi-site environments is highly regarded
