The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's global mobility and immigration programs, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-focused mobility operations across multiple jurisdictions.
This role manages relocation and immigration coordination, supports cross-border workforce movement, and partners closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure mobility programs align with organizational growth, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
The position plays a key role in developing scalable mobility processes, supporting employee experience, and maintaining governance and compliance standards related to global workforce movement.

Job requirements
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or related discipline3–5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration coordination, HR operations, or international workforce administrationExperience supporting immigration and relocation processes across multiple jurisdictionsFamiliarity with Canadian, U.S., Australian, and international immigration processes and documentation requirementsExperience working with external immigration counsel, relocation providers,



and third-party vendorsUnderstanding of mobility-related payroll, tax, and compliance considerationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential recordsExperience working with HRIS platforms and case tracking/reporting toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple time zones and global teamsExperience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global organization is considered an as
Job responsibilities
Coordinating global mobility and immigration processes for employee relocations, assignments, and international hiresSupporting end-to-end mobility administration including immigration documentation, relocation coordination, vendor management, and employee communicationsPartnering with external immigration counsel and relocation vendors to ensure timely and compliant processing of work authorizations and mobility activitiesTracking and maintaining employee immigration records, visa expiry dates, and mobility-related documentationSupporting mobility-related compliance activities and ensuring adherence to immigration, tax, and employment regulationsCoordinating Payroll and Finance teams regarding relocation payments, tax implications, and mobility-related reporting requirementsProviding guidance to managers, employees, and internal stakeholders regarding mobility processes, timelines, and requirementsSupporting development and maintenance of mobility policies, procedures,
