We're on the lookout for a proactive, experienced Haulage Supervisor to lead daily bulk haulage operations out of Port Hedland, manage fleet performance, and supervise a team of drivers to ensure smooth, safe, and timely material movement.About The RoleOversee day-to-day site haulage operationsDrive a robust safety culture and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to minimise downtimeLead, support and develop a team of drivers and operatorsMonitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are maintainedConduct regular compliance and safety checks, including pre-start meetings, safety briefings, and incident investigationsMaintain accurate records and operational documentationLiaise with internal teams and contractors for seamless coordinationAbout YouProven supervisory experience within Bulk Haulage or Mining Haulage operationsProficient knowledge of Microsoft softwareStrong leadership and team management skillsHold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtainSound knowledge of logistics,
