Brown Recruitment Services is seeking experienced Client‐Side Project Manager of all levels to join our client's team in Brisbane.
As a Client‐Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from the client's perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success across all phases of delivery.
We are looking for Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, who will have skills in the following areas:Residential (Apartments)RailCivil such as roads and infrastructureWaterAll aspects of commercial buildingKey responsibilitiesManaging all aspects of construction projects on behalf of the client, from inception through to practical completion and handoverLiaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycleMonitoring project budgets, schedules and resources to ensure projects remain on track and within financial parametersReviewing contract documentation, tender submissions and variations to protect the client's interestsConducting regular site inspections and progress meetings to verify work quality and compliance with specificationsManaging project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost overrunsPreparing regular project reports and documentation for client briefings and stakeholder updatesResolving disputes and issues that arise during construction in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all project sitesWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Client Side Project Manager or similar role within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction methodologies,
