About You
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 2 commercial builderProven experience delivering projects valued at $15M+, including medical, aged care, or education buildsDemonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous rolesA proactive leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team culture
