About the Role:This is a hands-on site leadership role in a high-volume residential construction environment.Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within a ***** week construction cycle - so keeping trades organised, productive and moving from one home to the next is critical.Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help oversee and manage:Up to 60 homes at different stages of constructionContractors, labourers and plant operatorsSite set-up, framing and through to handover, depending on your experienceScheduling and coordination through Onsite CompanionSite productivity, quality and safetyYou'll be the person who keeps the site moving, be solving problems, coordinating people and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and what's required to get it done.Who are we looking for?
You'll be a confident construction professional who enjoys being on the ground,



leading people and getting things done.You will need:A relevant trade qualification (carpentry preferred)A current QBCC Site Supervisor LicenceProven experience in volume/production residential constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsSolid OH&S; knowledge and commitment to safetyConfidence using construction technology and softwareA valid driver's licenceTo have a proactive, practical and hands-on approach.Why Join Living Gems?
