Your job is to understand their financial position, structure the right lending solution and guide them through to settlement.You'll be supported by our Parabroking team handling compliance documentation and lender liaison, so you can stay focused on what generates revenue: client relationships and loan writing.Your ResponsibilitiesMeeting with clients to assess financial position,



goals and borrowing capacityStructuring and recommending suitable loan solutions across a wide lender panelLiaising with lenders to secure the best available terms for each client's situationAdvising clients across all aspects of the mortgage process — grants, deposits, repayments and costsManaging your pipeline via our CRM and meeting agreed settlement targetsEnsuring full compliance with NCCP, responsible lending obligations and internal policiesMaintaining strong client and referral relationships to drive repeat businessWhat We're Looking ForMandatory:Minimum 3 years' experience as a loan writer with a proven settlement track recordDiploma or Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage BrokingActive ACL or authorised credit representative statusStrong understanding of servicing, security and credit policy across major lendersExcellent client communication and consultative sales abilityPreferred:Experience working with property investors and SMSF lendingExperience in Commercial & Development LendingExisting accreditations across a broad lender panelFamiliarity with BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline & QuickliExperience in a high-volume brokerage environmentAbout UsMotivate Finance operates within the Motivate Property Group — WA's leading property investment company.
