We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Yard Manager to oversee operations at our Rockhampton facility.This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for managing all facets of a busy scrap metal yard, ensuring safe, effective, and profitable operations.About the RoleReporting to senior management, the Yard Manager will take ownership of day‐to‐day site operations, including staff supervision, processing activities, logistics coordination, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the recycling yard, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are metLead, supervise, and develop yard staff and operatorsMaintain high standards of safety in line with company and legislative requirementsCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport and material flowManage stock control, segregation,
