Our Adelaide Mining team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a diverse portfolio of small to medium sustaining capital and brownfields projects across Australia.
This role aligns with WSP's mining project delivery environment and sustaining capital project focus.With a strong focus on project delivery, this role is ideal for someone who has developed their career within engineering, construction,



or mining environments and enjoys taking ownership of projects from initiation through to completion.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and site personnel to deliver successful outcomes safely, on time, and within budget.Lead the delivery of brownfields mining projects from study phase through execution and close-outManage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams including mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, process, and drafting resourcesDevelop project execution strategies, delivery plans, and reporting frameworksBuild and maintain strong relationships with mining clients and key stakeholdersSupport procurement, contractor management, and construction coordination activitiesFacilitate project meetings, design reviews, risk workshops, and client presentationsMonitor project performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomesProvide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering a collaborative cultureAbout you:You're a delivery-focused project professional who understands the realities of operating mine sites and the importance of balancing technical, commercial, and stakeholder requirements.
You enjoy building relationships, solving problems,



and seeing projects successfully progress from concept through to implementation.10+ years of experience delivering engineering, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projectsDemonstrated experience managing sustaining capital, brownfields, or operational site projectsPrevious site-based experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, or construction environmentsStrong understanding of project management principles, commercial management, and risk managementAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing prioritiesWell-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working directly with operational personnel and site leadership teamsEngineering, project management, or related technical qualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, AIPM certification, or similar will be highly regardedWhy WSP?
