You will champion secure, woman‐centred care and mentor midwives across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.You will drive the development of contemporary models of care, including MAPS and MGP, and lead quality improvement, service development and workforce initiatives to improve outcomes for women and families in the Bowral community.
