We're looking for an organised and proactive Greenstock Administrator to join a leading landscaping business in Osborne Park.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with nurseries, suppliers and project teams to ensure quality plants are sourced and delivered on time for commercial landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing
Source plants and liaise with nurseries across WANegotiate pricing, availability and delivery schedulesRaise purchase orders and reconcile supplier invoicesCoordinate plant deliveries to project sitesPrepare reports,



manage budgets and recommend suitable plant substitutionsWork closely with project managers, site supervisors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.
What we're looking for
Horticulture or nursery experienceStrong administration and organisational skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilityCommercial mindset with good attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelCurrent driver's licence (essential)Horticultural qualification highly regarded.
