The role itself is fluid – days are rarely the same within this successful company and as part of a small tight knit team you will be able to do a range of tasks as required.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Processing of general receivablesLiaising with internal departments regularlyFollowing up customer via phone and emailReceipting of payments,



daily returns and refundsRaising invoices and ensuring correct revenue recognitionGeneral administration responsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:Minimum 2+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable position, with a firm knowledge and grasp on both AR and APExcellent phone mannerOutstanding attention to detailFirst rate customer service skillsExcellent reconciliation skillsProficiency with using MS Office suite, particularly MS ExcelYou are an excellent communicator, with experience dealing with senior managers and a passion for change and process improvement.
