We can be flexible with the hours worked , the role could be full-time or part-time if required.About the RoleThis varied, hands-on role combines managed payroll services, customer support and workforce management systems.
You will manage multiple client payrolls, build strong client relationships and help businesses improve their payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor multiple client payrolls accurately and within strict deadlinesMaintain regular contact with your portfolio of clients and provide friendly, knowledgeable supportHelp clients adopt payroll best practices and resolve issues before they escapeResearch payroll-related questions and advise on up-to-date award interpretationTroubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, rostering and workforce management queriesConfigure software,



enter data and prepare reports as requiredSupport HR functionality and ensure every payroll is accurate, efficient and compliantAbout YouYou are passionate, proactive and committed to excellent customer service.
You enjoy learning, investigating problems and following them through to a practical solution.You will ideally demonstrate:Payroll experience and knowledge of payroll legislation, modern awards and compliance requirementsExcellent literacy, communication and client relationship skillsStrong attention to detail, logical thinking and problem-solving abilityThe confidence to research payroll questions and handle sensitive information professionallyExperience with payroll, time and attendance, rostering or HR systems, or relevant call centre or professional services experienceConfidence using and learning new technologyA proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality workYou do not need to know everything from day one.
