1 Day Per WeekMarketing Manager / Content CreatorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager / Content Creator to support the growth and promotion of an early childhood services.This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, content creation and community engagement.
You will be responsible for capturing authentic moments within our centres and transforming them into engaging content that showcases our learning environments, educators, children, community events and centre culture.Working closely with our Directors and Centre Leadership Teams, you will help strengthen our brand presence and connect with families through meaningful and engaging content.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage social media content across multiple childcare centresDevelop engaging content calendars and marketing campaignsVisit centres regularly to capture photography and video contentCreate, edit and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and other digital channelsWrite engaging captions, stories and promotional materialPromote centre events, incursions, excursions and community initiativesWork closely with Centre Directors to identify and create content opportunitiesMonitor social media engagement and provide recommendations for growthMaintain brand consistency across all centresSupport local community engagement and marketing activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in content creation,



social media management or marketingStrong photography and videography skillsExperience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platformsExcellent written communication and storytelling abilityA creative eye for capturing authentic and engaging contentStrong organisational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleExperience working within education, childcare, community services or family-focused organisations will be highly regardedCurrent Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicleEssential Qualifications & ExperienceQualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations or Journalism (Certificate, Diploma or Degree).
