Their range of general insurance products protect customers at home, on the road and on holiday with home, contents, motor vehicle, motorcycle, pet and travel insurance products, as well as roadside assistance.This is an outstanding opportunity based from SUNSHINE for an experienced Home Assessor, Building Supervisor or Assessing skilled with leadership experience looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people, systems and future growth as a Team Leader.In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of 6 to 8 Assessors responsible for desktop-based home assessing, scope validation, cost control and end-to-end claims management across residential insurance claims.You'll play a critical role in coaching and mentoring assessors, improving operational performance and helping drive exceptional customer outcomes during what can often be challenging times for customers.What You'll Be DoingLeading, coaching and mentoring a team of Desktop Home AssessorsDriving high standards across scoping accuracy, cost validation and claims managementManaging escalated claims and complex customer mattersMonitoring team performance, KPIs and operational outcomesSupporting process improvement initiatives across the Home Claims functionBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and repair networksProviding ongoing training,
