We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to manage commercial concrete crews and coordinate day to day site delivery.The successful applicant will be responsible for planning works, managing labour, maintaining quality and safety standards and ensuring concrete packages are completed in accordance with project requirements and program dates.Key responsibilitiesSupervising concrete crews and subcontractorsPlanning daily activities, labour and equipment requirementsCoordinating concrete pours from preparation through to completionReading and interpreting construction drawings and specificationsChecking formwork, reinforcement, set-out, levels and pour readinessCoordinating with project managers, builders, suppliers and other tradesManaging pre pour inspections and quality documentationMonitoring workmanship and rectifying quality issuesMaintaining secure work practices and site complianceCompleting daily records, photos, dockets and site paperworkTracking progress against the construction programMentoring apprentices, labourers and developing crew membersA typical day may involveA typical day may include completing a pre start with the crew, reviewing drawings and planned activities, coordinating labour and materials,
