About the roleThis newly created role supports the Workshop Manager as hands-on 2IC, coordinating daily workflow while delivering fitting, fabrication, maintenance and breakdown support across feed mill and poultry infrastructure.DutiesPrioritise daily workshop jobs and keep work moving.Guide tradespeople and apprentices on the workshop floor.Check quality, safety, permits, job cards and timesheets.Complete fitting, fabrication, repairs and maintenance.Manage tools, consumables, parts flow and workshop order.Benefits$45 - $48/hr + super + overtime and penalty rates.9-day fortnight (every 2nd Monday or Friday off).
