We work predominantly with people with disabilities and psychosocial disabilities through the NDIS, with a strong focus on mental health, functional capacity, independence and meaningful participation. We're looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. And honestly, we're more interested in who you are and how you think than whether you have every skill already. What we're looking forYou might be an experienced OT looking for a team where you can actually enjoy coming to work.Or you might be a current graduate who is keen to learn, ask questions and throw yourself into the world of OT.Either way, we're looking for someone who:genuinely cares about their clients and wants to make a differencehas an interest in mental health and/or disabilityis curious and willing to learntakes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to dois comfortable asking questions when they don't know somethingcan think outside the box and problem solvewants to develop their clinical skills and confidenceis happy to have a laugh and contribute to a teamcan have a bit of banter, while still knowing when the work gets seriousvalues good clinical practice and doing things properlywants to work somewhere they can actually have a voiceWhat you'll be doingYour days won't all look the same. You might be completing a Functional Capacity Assessment one day, working alongside a client to build their independence the next, problem-solving an environmental barrier, prescribing equipment,

developing practical strategies for daily living or supporting someone experiencing significant mental health challenges. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be willing to learn. What you can expect from usWe're a small team, which means you won't disappear into a giant organisation where you're just another number. You'll have:genuine clinical support and supervisionopportunities to learn from experienced cliniciansexposure to a broad range of clients and clinical presentationssupport to develop your areas of interesta team that actually talks to each othera workplace where asking for help is encouragedplenty of laughsautonomy and trust to manage your own clinical workopportunities to contribute ideas and improve how we do thingsearly knock off on FridaysWe're big believers that being a good clinician doesn't mean knowing everything. It means being curious, reflective, willing to learn and genuinely invested in your clients. If you're a new graduate and reading this thinking "I don't know if I'm experienced enough" — please don't count yourself out. We're happy to support the right person to develop their clinical skills and confidence. We'd much rather have someone who asks, "How can I do this better?" than someone who thinks they already know everything. If you're looking for a workplace where you can do meaningful work, keep learning, have some fun and be part of a genuinely supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
