Are you a confident, self-sufficient HR skilled who thrives in an autonomous role?
We're looking for a Human Resources Officer to take full ownership of our HR function and support a growing, dynamic team.This is a standalone position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, making decisions, and building strong people practices from the ground up.

From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesProvide guidance on employee relations, performance, and developmentMaintain and update HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsSupport leadership with strategic HR initiativesFoster a positive and productive workplace cultureAbout YouProven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager roleComfortable working independently and managing competing prioritiesStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismProactive, organised, and adaptableWhy Join Us?
