screen and interview candidates across a wide range of rolesPartner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insightsIdentify workforce gaps, recruitment trends and hard-to-fill rolesSupport succession planning and long-term talent strategiesConduct reference checks and manage pre-employment complianceCoordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the businessProvide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practicesMaintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS dataMonitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and hiring outcomesDeliver a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experienceAbout YouPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human ResourcesExperience recruiting within transport, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is highly desirableExperience with workforce planning, talent pipelining or recruitment strategyUnderstanding of employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) strategiesStrong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair WorkExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with operational and senior leadersAbility to manage multiple vacancies and workforce priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience using recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedHR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageousWhy Join Wobbi Logix?
