Explore & Develop Artarmon – Dickson AvenueExplore & Develop Artarmon – Dickson Avenue is a brand new, independently owned and operated early childhood education and care service that is getting ready to start welcoming families.We're currently seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Certificate III Educatorto join our Babies Room team full-time.This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a service from the very beginning, helping to create a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for our youngest children.About the role:As a Certificate III Educator in the Babies Room, you will:Work collaboratively within a passionate team of educators to provide high-quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 24 monthsHelp implement a play-based curriculum that supports each child's routine and developmental needsBuild secure, trusting relationships with children and familiesContribute to observations, documentation, and planningSupport a calm, safe, and responsive environment aligned with the principles of respectful caregivingWhat we're looking for:Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)Experience working with infants (preferred but not essential)Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certificatesA warm,
