They are passionate about leading by example and holding our team to our high standards while supporting them with initial and ongoing training and development alongside the management team.Your role is to ensure every guest has the trademark Mamasita experience when they dine with us - meeting our relaxed style but exacting service standards.
You do this through your ability to professionally set the team up for success and lead them across service - balancing guest first impressions, table turns, wait times and forward looking any potential issues before a guest notices.At least 1-year experience in a similar supervisory,
