Your Mission
As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all warehouse operations while also taking ownership of the Click & Collect experience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless service from order through to collection.
You must hold a valid forklift license.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading all warehouse, receivals and despatch operationsManaging the Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customer experienceDriving stock accuracy and inventory controlMaintaining replenishment and merchandising standardsLeading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations teamManaging rosters to meet operational and trading requirementsAchieving KPIs across productivity, safety, inventory accuracy and customer serviceIdentifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiencyWorking closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support overall store performanceEnsuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all timesBuilding a culture of accountability,
