We'll support you with training, systems, and a team that has your back.About the RoleAs a Restoration Technician, you will play a key role in the full restoration process across residential and commercial properties.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mould, water, and fire damage restoration using professional equipmentConduct inspections and assessments of damaged propertiesEvaluate and report on required works, including documentation for insurance purposesSet up, monitor, and adjust drying equipmentRemove and dispose of damaged building materialsCarry out restoration tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and reinstatement supportEnsure all work is completed to a high standard in line with IICRC standardsMaintain and care for all equipment and suppliesProvide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team membersTravel to job sites as required (company vehicle provided where applicable)Participate in an on-call roster and occasional after-hours workSkills & ExperienceAt least 2 years experience in water damage restoration (essential)Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanshipCleaning and restoration skillsPhysical capability to perform labour-intensive workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude with initiative and a "can-do" approachStrong communication and customer service skillsLeadership qualities are highly regardedIICRC or ITI accreditation (preferred but not essential)Valid driver's licence (Company van provided)Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)What We OfferComprehensive training and ongoing skill developmentCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsOvertime and after-hours rates providing strong earning potentialSupportive and inclusive team environmentOpportunity for career growth as the company expandsCompany vanFull-time opportunity for the right candidate
