Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe main role of the Service Technician is to carry out regular maintenance and service on ice machines under the guidance and direction of the Tech Services Manager.Responsibilities to include fault diagnosis, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, commissioning, and spare parts.You will also be required to conduct site visits, ensure OHS compliance and work closely with the Tech services area,



spare parts, dispatch and sales departments.Assisting the Technical Service Manager with technical support enquires from customer, advising internal sales on correct spare parts, etc..
Rostered afterhours technical phone support only.
No weekend work!
Communicating customer needs and wishes to the Tech Services Department to facilitate customer product satisfaction.RequirementsExperience in servicing Ice Machines will be highly regarded, however model specific training will be provided.Relevant trade qualifications and/or experienceFlexible work ethicStrong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
