This is a full-time position based in Gold Coast - QLD, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of fitness equipment and related systems.
As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support, helping to maintain the quality and performance standards that Johnson Health Tech.

This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise whilst working with industry-leading equipment and technology.Key responsibilitiesInstall and set up fitness equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper assembly and calibrationPerform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on fitness machines to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and repair equipment faults, identifying issues and implementing effective solutionsRespond to customer service calls in a timely and professional mannerProvide technical guidance and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenanceMaintain accurate service records and documentation of all work completedEnsure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met during service visitsCommunicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfactionLiaise with management and other team members to coordinate service schedules and workloadContribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar technical roleStrong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issuesExperience with fitness equipment, mechanical systems,



or related industry preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage your own schedule whilst adhering to company proceduresStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approachValid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation for travelling to customer locationsPhysical capability to lift, carry and work with heavy equipmentWillingness to learn new technologies and equipment systemsRelevant technical qualifications or certifications (electrical, mechanical, or engineering-related) would be advantageousWhat we offerJohnson Health Tech.
