DRA's teams have deep expertise in mining, minerals and metals processing industries, as well as related non-process infrastructure including water and energy solutions.DRA covers all major mining centres with offices across Africa and the Middle East, North and South America and Asia-Pacific.The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane based engineering team.Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for mineral processing projects while building your technical capability and industry knowledge.Key DutiesAssist with the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, communications and control systemsSupport electrical engineering calculations including load calculations, equipment sizing and voltage drop assessmentsContribute to the preparation of electrical drawings,



specifications and technical documentationWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and design teamsParticipate in technical studies and project activities across a range of commoditiesDevelop proficiency in industry engineering software and design toolsParticipate in DRA's structured graduate development and mentoring programYou Will HaveBachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnInterest in mining, minerals processing and industrial projectsExposure to ETAP or similar software is advantageousWe value diversity and the benefits it brings to achieving our objectives, enhancing our reputation, and attracting, engaging and retaining talented people.
