Due to ongoing business growth, we are looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Officer who is detail-oriented, organised and committed to accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team who are driven, outcome focused and strive for both individual and team success.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support within a rapid-paced working environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Processing high volume invoices and sub-contractor claims
Prepare and process mid-month and end of month payment runs
Processing internal progress claims and invoices
Liaising with suppliers, stakeholders and clients
Daily bank reconciliations of funds in trust accounts and everyday business transaction accounts
General office duties including answering telephone calls, greeting office visitors, collecting and sorting mail
General administration support as requested from all areas of the business




To be considered for this role you must have:
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2 years +
Experience in the building and construction industry is highly desirable
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new and complex systems
Exceptional administrative and customer service skills
A friendly and approachable nature
Ability to understand financial processing and procedures
Ability to work in team environment and autonomously
Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities effectively
Reputable Builder-Developer with over 47 years of experience and over 75 projects delivered nationally
