You will help guide them through the enrolment process from their very first enquiry through to starting care.Your day will include:Responding to family enquiries via phone,



email and CRMBuilding strong relationships with prospective familiesFollowing up with families and booking centre toursSupporting families through the enrolment processManaging waitlists and keeping CRM records up to dateBuilding strong relationships with Centre teams to support enrolment growthWorking towards enrolment targets and KPIsCreating a warm, positive and memorable experience for every familyWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who brings energy, confidence and a genuine love for helping people.You will be a great fit if you have:Experience in sales, customer service, call centres, enrolments or a similar roleEarly childhood experience is highly desirableA bubbly, friendly and professional phone mannerConfidence making calls and having meaningful conversationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGreat organisation and attention to detailThe ability to work in a rapid-paced, goal-focused environmentExperience using CRM systems, with Qikkids experience being a bonusA positive attitude and team-first mindsetMost importantly, we are looking for someone who is warm, motivated and ready to be part of a team that genuinely cares.Why Join Imagine?
