THE POSITION
As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you'll work closely with operational leaders and clients to solve operational challenges and drive growth.
This is not a traditional reporting role — you'll combine data analysis, commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver insights that drive action.
Translate complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
Partner with operational teams to solve customer, revenue and performance challenges
Manage dashboards, data models and analyses that drive decision making
Present insights and influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
Support experimentation,



testing and innovation across venue operations
THE PERSON
We're looking for an outcome focused problem solver who enjoys working with people just as much as data.
Experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, research or commercial roles
Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience using data to solve business problems and influence outcomes
Proficiency with SQL, Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI
Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing setting
Hospitality, retail, customer experience or venue operations experience will be highly regarded
