In this role, precision is key – you'll ensure that surgical kits are complete, correctly packaged, and ready for time-critical delivery to hospitals and clinics.What you'll be doing:Order Processing: Accurately process incoming and outgoing customer orders, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed in line with company standards.Surgical Kit Management: Verify and confirm checklists for surgical kits, ensuring all items are present, complete, and in suitable condition for use.Packaging: Prepare and pack kits and equipment using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging materials to comply with healthcare regulations and product integrity.Inventory Control:
Conduct routine and ad-hoc cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory reconciliation.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and audit requirements; report any discrepancies or issues to the Kitroom Supervisor.Health & Safety: Ensure all kitroom operations are carried out in a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.Communication: Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and clinical departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.Experience & skills you'll bring to the role:Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or healthcare setting (preferably in a regulated workplace).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable working with temperature-sensitive products and packaging requirements.Ability to lift and move medical kits and equipment as required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.Competency in using IT systems, data entry, inventory management systems, and basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
