We're looking for a bright, friendly and people-focused superstar to join our team at Triggerpoint Health!
We're a busy remedial massage and chiropractic clinic that genuinely cares about our clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience.We're looking for someone who can bring personality, energy and warmth to our front desk, while also helping us create fun and engaging social media content.THE ROLEThis is a casual position of approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for extra hours when needed.Clinic hours:Monday-Friday: 8am-7pmSaturday: 8am-2pmYour role will include:Welcoming and building relationships with clientsAnswering phones and enquiriesManaging bookings and paymentsHICAPS/health fund transactionsSupporting our practitioners and keeping reception running smoothlyCreating content for Instagram and FacebookTaking photos/videos and creating Stories and ReelsHelping showcase our team,



clinic and servicesHelping with general clinic cleaning, laundry and keeping the clinic clean, tidy and welcomingFollowing high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinicABOUT YOUYou'll be a great fit if you are:Warm, friendly and approachablePositive and confident with peopleOrganised, reliable and able to multitaskCustomer-service focusedComfortable and creative on social mediaSomeone who notices the little things and loves making people feel welcomeReception experience is great, but personality is more important!
