We are a family-owned and operated forklift and access equipment hire company based in Rydalemere , NSW.
Due to strong growth, a full-time position has become available in our service department to support our Dispatch Coordinator in the day-to-day operations.What is On Offer:Excellent working conditions in a supportive and dynamic teamOngoing role with immediate start.Competitive hourly rate with additional overtime availableUniform and PPE providedOngoing support, training, and professional developmentGreat culture with opportunities to grow within the companyThe Role:Working closely with the Service and Transport departments this position is responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the yard activities and ensuring all administrative and operational support tasks are completed with accuracy.Key responsibilities include:Cleaning and detailing EquipmentMoving equipment into allocated locationsMonitoring Transport deliveries and collectionsProcessing equipment hire paperwork and pre-hire checklistsPreparing and reviewing documentation for dispatch and returnsWork safely and promote safety in the workplaceThe Right Person for the Role:We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.To be successful, you'll ideally have:Previous experience in a dispatch / yard coordination roleForklift license and yellow ticket preferred but not mandatoryStrong communication skills and attention to detailThe ability to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnAbility to learn internal systemsExperience with mechanical or hire equipment industries (preferred but not essential)Current and valid NSW Driver's Licence and be able to drive manual vehicleIn return, we offer a rewarding and secure position with ongoing support and room to grow.
