Make your career one to remember at Aus Venue Co.About the RoleAs a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring guest rooms and shared areas are presented to a high standard.
You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering quality housekeeping services, maintaining outstanding cleanliness, and ensuring rooms are ready for guests within required timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standardsChange bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenitiesEnsure rooms are clean, presentable, and guest-ready within required timeframesMaintain cleanliness and presentation of public and shared areasReport maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptlySafely use and maintain cleaning equipment and suppliesSupport daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processesMaintain consistent housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the propertyHandle lost property in accordance with venue proceduresDeliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guestsSupport the wider accommodation team as requiredAbout YouHas previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience (highly regarded but not essential)Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentationHas strong attention to detailIs reliable,
