This role is the backbone of the operational structure - enabling the Operations Supervisor to focus on leadership, patient experience and service delivery by handling rostering administration, documentation, data management and complaints tracking.
The role also serves as the designated succession/Higher Duties coverage for the Operations Supervisor during periods of absence.What's required?
