consistent and thoughtfully prepared learning environmentPlan meaningful experiences based on observation and children's interestsWork alongside a professional, supportive and committed teamSupport consistent routines, expectations and guidance practicesContribute your knowledge, interests and ideas to the continued development of our programMaintain high standards of child safety, supervision, documentation and professional conductAbout youYou will have:A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalentAt least two years of experience in an early childhood settingFull working rights in AustraliaA current Queensland Working with Children CheckCurrent first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualificationsA sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality StandardStrong knowledge of child development and respectful guidance practicesThe ability to work calmly, consistently and professionallyConfidence contributing to planning, documentation and reflective practiceA genuine desire to be part of a small and connected early learning communityExperience with holistic or child-led approaches would be welcomed but is not essential.
