What you could be doing
Preparing and servicing guest rooms to an exceptional standardMaking beds and replenishing linen, towels, amenities and guest suppliesMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areasSupporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities and housekeeping suppliesCollecting and distributing clean and soiled linen throughout the propertyRestocking housekeeping cupboards, trolleys and storage areasResponding to guest requests for additional amenities and housekeeping itemsMaintaining clean,



organised and well-presented back-of-house areasSupporting room turnarounds and the wider Housekeeping team during busy periodsWorking together to ensure every area of Osborn House is beautifully presented for our guests
What we're looking for
Previous housekeeping, hotel or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essentialA robust work ethic and genuine pride in your workExcellent attention to detail and high presentation standardsReliability, organisation and the ability to work efficientlyA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider teamAbility to work independently and as part of a close-knit Housekeeping teamComfortable working in a physically active environmentAvailability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about the details.
Experience can be taught, but pride, reliability and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience are what we're looking for.
