Reporting & Data Analyst, People & CultureContract – 12‐month initial term (maximum 12 months).
You will be responsible for delivering insightful reporting, improving data quality, and developing dashboards and automated solutions that empower leaders to make informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesDelivering regular and adhoc reporting, translating data into actionable insightsDesigning, building, and enhancing dashboards and visualisations (PowerBI or similar)Improving data integrity, governance and system outputs across P&C; systemsAutomating reporting processes using Excel, scripting or analytics toolsConducting data analysis on workforce trends, including remuneration and benefitsSupporting key people initiatives such as annual salary reviews and reward programsIdentifying data discrepancies and implementing solutions to improve data qualityContributing to system improvements, transformation initiatives and new projectsPartnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insightsQualifications3+ years' experience in data/reporting analytics, ideally within HR or People & CultureStrong experience with HR systems (preferably Workday)
